We are excited about being a part of the beautiful and growing community of Chatham. Our church is meeting temporarily at the Senior Citizen's Center and rent parts of the Chatham Community building for our children's ministry. We appreciate the use of these fine facilities to begin Ambassador Church in.

In June of 2008 we held our first Vacation Bible School called "Treasure Island" and had a great time with 36 children registered for the week. The city allowed us the use of the town square park for our Firday, "Island Fare" where parents and children alike enjoyed the refreshments and carnival to close out our VBS.

We run a church van on Sundays picking up children and taking them to Ambassador for our children's Church. As we continue to grow we are looking forward to expanding our services and ministries to serve the people of Chatham and the surrounding areas.

As far as upcoming community events, we at Ambassaador are going to have a "Let's Get Acquainted Week" beginning Nov. 9 through the 13th at the Sangamon Prairie Reception Center.
